An evocative audio-visual presentation, ‘My Way’, celebrated Kumar’s indomitable spirit and her remarkable journey in shaping the Springdalian Dream—an educational institution par excellence.

Cultural performances, eloquent recitations, and article presentations by the students of Junior and Senior School served as a mesmerising tribute to Kumar’s larger-than-life persona. The finale, ‘I’ll Never Find Another You’, reflected her enduring influence on generations of Springdalians.

In her address, Dr Jyoti Bose, Director, Springdales Schools, urged the students to collectively show goodness in all the things they do and be inspired by Kumar’s integrity, kindness, and quality to dream’.

The day also marked the commencement of “Goodness Begins with You!”—a week-long observance from November 10 to 15, 2025—dedicated to honouring Kumar’s legacy of compassion, service, and commitment to humanity. A series of meaningful activities will take place with the aim of inspiring the community to uphold the values she so deeply cherished.

It was only apt that the “Tree of Messages”—bloomed with heartfelt notes from students, staff, parents, and alumni, each echoing her warmth, wisdom, and timeless values.
